remove a repo or a feed.
Tracked repos
Bluesky accounts synced via tap. Adding a repo backfills its full history; removing it stops syncing.
News feeds
RSS/Atom feeds of news outlets, polled by the pipeline. Every article is
archived and its title and summary run through the same rules as a post;
labels are emitted under the article's URL. A feed marked with a
province is a regional outlet whose remit is that province: its
articles carry the source-region signal.
